Join us this Sunday for our launch of the much anticipated Kids Power of Produce Club! Drop in with your kids (ages 5-12) to participate in the first week of the POP Club. Stop by the POP tent between 9am – 1pm to participate in a cooking class and learn how to make lettuce wraps. Also, at the POP tent, start your agricultural journey by planting seeds to take home and grow!

June 11th: Perfect Summer BBQ Workshop
Let us help you create the perfect summer BBQ this season! This workshop will begin with a visit with Barrie Redl of Redl's Home Grown Beef. Learn from Barrie the best cuts of beef for the grill and get some great cooking tips! Next up, join Karen Curtis of Kics Gourmet to learn how to make a delicious chilled lemon pasta salad using fresh, seasonal ingredients. In this hands-on workshop, you will help prep the ingredients and sample the dish. You will leave the workshop with a bottle of Kics lemonade syrup and some market produce to help you recreate the dish at home!

Join Chef Christina Sepidoza-Walter for a very unique dining experience at the market! Shop the market with Chef Sepidoza-Walter to choose fresh seasonal veggies and then help her prepare a Mediterranean steak salad and herbed flatbread. Once lunch is prepared, sit down with Chef and other participants to enjoy the lunch you’ve created. A truly special dining experience!
