Abbotsford Farmers' Market
Honey in the market this week. Our producer from the North Thompson area, Bootstrap Apairys will join us for the day.
Big Mac is back with his hot sauces and jams. And Goat’s Pride Dairy returns after a few weeks away.
We are busy gearing up for our annual Country Christmas Craft Fair on December 2nd. It will include extra craft and gift vendors in two rooms inside the church and we will have live entertainment inside as well.
Markets continue weekly through December 16 and now that Fall is near, remember to look for some vendors and the church concession inside the church each Saturday.
On Remembrance Day, when we honour those who have fought for our country and our freedom, it's hard to find the words to express just what they have given each and every one of us.
So instead, we've turned to those who came before us — some speaking to heal a nation, others trying to make sense of the impossible events that had just occurred.
Remembrance Day isn't just about war and those we've lost, but about ideals and what we stand for. It's about respecting our past and looking hopefully forward, and more than anything, thanking those who have served.
